Individual counseling
Individual counseling can help reduce stress, improve self-awareness and self-esteem, and develop more productive ways of coping and communicating. I work with a diverse clientele facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, loss, sexual trauma, relationship issues, and transition to parenthood. Individual counseling can be short or long term, and sessions are typically scheduled weekly for 50 minutes, though more frequent sessions may be available.
Couples counseling
Every couple experiences ups and downs in their relationship, including challenges with communication, emotional connection, and intimacy. In couples counseling, I will work with you to identify current or potential sources of disconnect and develop healthier patterns of communication. This work can help navigate transitions, such as cohabitation, marriage, separation/divorce, and co-parenting. Couples counseling sessions are typically held weekly for 60-minutes, though more frequent sessions may be available.
